WILL I RECEIVE DIGITAL FILES?
Every package we offer includes a high resolution digital images that have been processed or retouched. We will deliver your images to you via our online gallery for viewing as well as a download link.

DO WE MEET WITH CLIENTS PRIOR?
Absolutely. We love to meet our clients for a no-hassle cup of coffee or tea hearing about your wedding plans with hope to be part of the process. This allows us to gather and understand your specific needs and therefore provide you with a package that fits them. If you are not in the area, we are happy to schedule a skype video chat.

HOW DO I SECURE OUR WEDDING DATE OR EVENT?
Our bookings are based on a first-come, first-served. Once we meet with you to gather your specific needs and requirements, we require a retainer fee of 40% (which will be applied towards your wedding package) and a signed contract with the package that you selected to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Once a signed contract and retainer fee is received, your rate is now locked in. The other 60% is due 30 days before the event date. However, we are flexible and we will work with you in event that you require a flexible payment plans.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Our bookings are based on a first-come, first-served. When shooting a wedding or project, counting the amount of images that we are taking is the last thing on our minds as each event is different. Some factors that influence the amount of photos taken are the hours we are shooting, how many guests are attending and how much time we are allotted to shoot portraits. The progression of the day also has an impact. With that said, the average amount of fully edited images that will tell the complete story of your day can be anywhere between 500 – 750 photos.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS, ENGAGEMENTS OR OTHER EVENTS?
While I mostly cover the Capital Region area – Albany, Troy, Scotia/Schenectady, Lake George, or Saratoga - I do cover the New York state. But I am open to travel so do not hesitate to contact me if you are uncertain about any location of your choice.
